This is a great post, especially during these hot summer months in Phoenix.  When remodeling, one of the most important things to improve is the HVAC.  Why upgrade?  To save money on utility cost in the long run, of course, and well, it just makes sense to make this important change so that you can truly appreciate your new remodel. 

Carrier has recently come out with a unit featuring Greenspeed intelligence shown here.  The company’s latest Infinity heat pump offers an industry leading HSPF heating efficiency rating of up to 13 along with cooling efficiency up to 20 SEER. According to the firm, the unit’s variable-speed scroll compressor provides consistent indoor temperatures while conserving energy. The line includes capacities from 2 to 5 tons.

If you really want to enjoy all the new renovations in your remodeled home you'll really want to consider upgrading that old unit.  You won't regret it!
