Ann Sacks recently introduced a new line of tile from Daniel Ogassian.  He skillfully blends Old World artistry with modern technology to create tiles with a 3-D effect, lending texture and richness to any walls they're applied to.  The tile shown is his Japanese Geo Tile.  There are several styles of tile available, all having the same bold geometric lines and meticulous detail.  These tiles are hand crafted but have a machine-precision appearance to them.
In case you aren't familiar with Ann Sacks, she has been designing tile, stone, and accessories for over 30 years.  Her name is synonymous with high-end design and her award-winning tile and stone creations are perfect for adding luxury and style to your bathroom or kitchen.  She plays with different textures, using materials like petrified wood to change things up.  Her pieces are always well crafted and stunning.

Anchor Bay Tile has recently come out with a new tile product using bamboo.  Normally, bamboo is a popular product choice in countertops, but is now designed into subway tiles.  This sustainable wood is cut into 3 by 6 inch tile pieces.  It’s harvested in Moso species bamboo and is both extremely strong and renewable.  This is a great idea for kitchen backsplashes and wainscoting or to add a creative design element on an accent wall.  The bamboo tile comes in four different finishes – Autumn Blush, Chestnut (shown right), Ebony and Natural.
