What Do All Remodeling Projects Have in Common?

Picture
In today's economy, every remodeling project is about the budget, maybe not during early conversations, but very soon afterwards. This isn't a bad thing, it's just today's financial reality. Remodeling your home is an investment. It needs to make financial sense.

The challenges of  today's economy have made everyone in the remodeling industry "sharpen our pencils" in regards to project pricing. We have had meetings with all of our associate tradesmen and suppliers about pricing as well as reducing our own overhead and pricing margins.

This has created a great pricing opportunity for homeowners looking to improve their home by remodeling. Industry experience has demonstrated that homeowners are still willing to invest in their homes to make them more livable. The days of extravagance for the sake of impressing the neighbors are no longer with us. Today's remodeling projects are more rooted in the reality of how our homes function for our families.

Warning!!!
Remodeling costs less today than in years past, but it isn't cheap. Quality work by responsible remodelers will never be cheap.  We have met with disillusioned homeowners who have been misled by the media, and possibly friends, who have played "Russian Roulette" by taking a chance using cheaper unlicensed or inexperienced newcomers to the remodeling industry to do work on their homes. Many of these pretenders will say what you want to hear and price projects to please,  just to get tomorrow's payday. These pretenders are the source of the remodeling industries never ending horror stories.

The good news is that we are consistently having success working with our clients to design projects that work for today's challenged budgets. This is done by a cooperative effort between homeowners and our project designers.  We can develop home improvement projects for most budgets. Sometimes it takes much more cooperative creativity between us and the our clients just to come up with workable solutions that fit today's tighter budgets. Decisions need to be made to prioritize features that will be included in today's remodel, and those that will be omitted or postponed for the sake of balancing the final project budget.

Our ultimate goal is to design a remodeling project that will accomplish as many of our client's needs as possible within a budget that works for you.

We invite you to join our long list of happy clients that have had success working with us to create a balance between their remodeling goals and the available budget.
